Delivery & Shipping Policy

By scheduling delivery with Harry's Couches, you agree to the terms below.

1 Delivery Options

We offer two delivery options:

  • Curbside Delivery — We deliver to your curb, driveway, or garage. Getting it inside will be your responsibility.
  • White Glove Delivery — A team of two brings your newly purchased couch inside, places it in the room of your choice, and removes all packaging associated with the new couch.

We also offer a Haul-Away add-on with White Glove Delivery for an additional fee. Haul-Away is not available to book online. Call or text us at (612) 619-9465 for pricing and details.

2 Measuring is Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to confirm that the couch will fit through your doors, hallways, stairs, and elevators. Dimensions are provided in the 2nd photo of every couch listed on our website.

Important: Delivery fees are non-refundable. If a delivery is attempted and unsuccessful (no one home to receive, item didn't fit, etc.) and a second delivery is needed, another delivery fee will be charged.

3 Delivery Fees

4 Scheduling Delivery

When scheduling a delivery, we generally provide a 1 hour delivery window. Using the phone number you provided at checkout, our delivery driver will send you a text message with his Estimated Time of Arrival when he is on his way.

5 Inspect on Arrival

Please inspect your couch upon delivery. Any issues or discrepancies should be communicated immediately so we can address them quickly.
