At Harry's Couches, we take pride in offering quality furniture at honest prices. To keep our costs low and pass those savings on to you, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items sold.
Why sold as-is?
Every piece in our inventory — whether new, pre-owned, or refurbished — is available for in-person viewing before purchase. We encourage all customers to book a free appointment to see, touch, and sit on any piece before committing.
This ensures you know exactly what you're getting before taking it home. No surprises.
Not happy with your purchase? We genuinely want you to love your furniture. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're happy to work with you on a replacement from our current inventory. A $150 restocking fee applies to all exchanges to help cover handling and logistics. Reach out within 7 days of your purchase to get started.
Condition of items
All items are sold in the condition described and shown at the time of viewing. We do our best to accurately represent every piece. If you have questions about a specific item before purchasing, just ask — we're always happy to provide more details, additional photos, or measurements.
